Does its job well. I am happy. The instructions state that I should be able to trim off the extra links with scissors. I had to use heavy duty wire cutters to cut off the extra links. I have just received the shutters so cannot comment on durability.

I liked that you can install it yourself. The chain is a bit tricky. You need to make sure it's the same length as the one in your toilet. If not, you can attach the old chain to the new shock. Bought for toilet Toto.

I didn't fit on my Toto toilet. I had to hold the handle for 3 or 4 seconds to flush the toilet completely. The toilet is rated at 1.6 gpf. I ordered an adjustable damper that works best for me. This device can perform well for a 1.0 gpf rating.

Flaps do not work. If you don't let go of the toilet handle when the cistern is empty, these flaps will not close. Two Toto toilets + 1 two-piece set = complete failure. I'd rather leave the slightly leaking original shutters in place than this faulty product.

Instead I received two 1 packs and they didn't look the same. Also, both backpacks looked old and dusty, as if they had been hanging in some store for a long time. Luckily one of the shutters worked when I installed it so I didn't ask for a refund. However, the delivery was not up to usual Revain standards.

I'm always hesitant to buy third party parts but Toto's technician advised me to buy these from Revain because "it's cheaper and you can find it quicker" . He was right. It's not a hard part, but it goes well with my Toto Drake toilet. I assume the installation was easy. I haven't installed it. The handyman at my house made it. It only lasted a few minutes.
