I'm sorry for giving it a bad rating because it was easy to assemble and convenient, but it arrived dirty! I assembled it thinking I could clean it but it won't come off. I'm upset because I paid for a brand new bar stool and it looks used. And the seat doesn't stay on the chair! Not durable at all

I've had this bar stool for almost 3 years now and it's holding up pretty well! Between sitting and using it as a stack of books when the island wasn't available. definitely survived! It's as comfortable as you'd expect from a backless chair with a small cushion. Definitely a decent chair without all that!

Well, it's definitely a cheap stool. The base is solid and easy to assemble. The pneumatic lift is smooth and works well. I am satisfied with the high range. The seat is made out of cheap vinyl and is extremely uncomfortable. If it's perch for a few minutes at a time, you'll be fine. If you sit for more than 5 minutes, you will not like the back. Too bad they couldn't just pad the seat a little more.

I was a bit skeptical about buying this chair because it was sold at such a low price, which means it should be cheap. However, this is not the case. I've been using it for a little over 3 months, I use it daily. Just for reference, I weigh 220 pounds and it supports me very well and thanks to the wide base it doesn't wobble or wobble. Overall I am very impressed and happy that it was so great. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for something economical.

We bought 4 of these bar stools for their modern style and adjustable height. They are cheap for a reason. They are very easy to assemble and look great. We use it on our kitchen island (everyday use) and after a few months the vinyl started tearing at the seams and the plastic ring on the bottom to protect the floor from the metal base broke. I've added a few felt dots at the bottom to avoid staining my tile, but there's not much I can do about the seams. See photos.

I need a stool/chair for my standing workstation and based on the 34" high product description I figured it would fit. Unfortunately, when I sat in the chair, the seat height was only 29 inches.
