I'm 5'4, 170 lbs, 34DDD or 36DD(sister size) I ordered a Medium.1. Quality was as other's described thick but not a heavy,hot thick. It was 90+ degrees on this day & I was comfortable or at least as much as one can be on a 90+ degree day.2. It's a very nice bandage dress. I'm 5'9" and 148lbs and I ordered the large based on other reviews of it running small and it fit great. It did scrunch a little bit on the lower back but not too bad. It went a little above mid-thigh which worked for me and it didn't require me pulling it down all the time like other shorter dresses, which I loved.
