Great tool for the job!

This tool has saved me a lot of money. My teenager accidentally flushed a sponge down the toilet. It took me many, many tries. I couldn't find my endoscopy camera so I searched blindly. The handle wasn't strong enough to hold the sponge alone. My success was also due to keeping the spring "outside" (add tension?) so the claw wouldn't come loose and let the sponge slip out of my hands. It worked great. The sponge was about 4 feet in the toilet. I had a dilemma. The toilet flushed, but much more…

A must-have tool in any garage

This tool is even better than the current grapple claw in our racing set. This handle bends to reach the most difficult and/or convenient places to retrieve a dropped screw etc. The other end works very well when grabbing a small dropped object. This is definitely the main element of the tool box in the garage or in the car. I've never used it for this purpose, but I'm sure it will be great for picking up small items that have fallen on the sides of car seats. The length of wire on this tool is

Very functional and good quality

I dropped my airpod and keys (2 keys and a silver fob linked by a key holder) down the bathroom sink drain. I was feeling hopeless, so I made an appointment with our home handyman so he could take the plumbing apart to retrieve the items. I realized this wasn't a good idea due to the ongoing pandemic, so I canceled the appointment. I googled "how to get the keys out of the sink drain". This item came up in the results so I bought it from Revain (36"). I was able to get my keys and then my…

The best tool for cleaning the garbage chute!

About eight months ago we bought a house with a laundry chute. Unfortunately, the gutter itself has two pleats and a small inseam, and every few weeks clothes get stuck and we have to figure out how to untie them. On the bottom end we will use 15ft flexible PVC pipe. From above, we tried a pickup truck from a local hardware store, but these tools tend to be around 24 inches long, too short to be really useful unless you already have extremely long arms. Not so with this thing! This tool's over…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities

  • Not sure

If literally something gets stuck in the sewers - BUY.

I don't normally write super detailed reviews but this one really took my time. I have three boys who love throwing things down the drain. In particular the tiny sink drain in the bathroom. I'm not a plumber and my landlord doesn't seem to get calls I make about plumbing. I'm just a mom who wants it (in terms of install and the rest of my life to be honest). The toothbrush and sink fan have been stuck in this tiny sink for years. I've tried everything in the world, but they're so deep inside me

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
