Very well built and feels very secure with the lens and camera body attached. Easy to adjust and lock securely for safe shooting. No comparison to the supplied standard ball head. Check out the online video if you want a more extreme incline; This did everything I needed it for. I wish I had bought it sooner.

I was really excited to try my new flex shooter ball head but after attaching it to my tripod I searched the packaging for a plate to attach it to my camera but couldn't find one find disk to find. For this amount, it seems outrageous that a tripod head doesn't come with a platter. This information should be in bold in the description, along with information on what type of insert is required. At one point I found a line in a small instruction manual that said "Clamp fits Arca-style inserts"…

I understand your frustration and don't want to minimize your frustration; However, this ball head deserves to be heard on its own.
