I like that it's easy to use in terms of placing orders online but also very user friendly if you're looking at making an order over phone with customer services team - brilliant! nothing really as such there are some issues when using app which can be solved by speaking directly through chat feature however this is not always available so would have liked more options here too (also sometimes slow loading). I like that it is easy to find flowers in my area as well as being able to order online. The price of delivery can be quite expensive if you are ordering from far away. Also sometimes there isn't much choice when making orders so you have to go with what's available. It would also be nice if we could choose our own bouquets rather than having them pre-made.
