Flushing takes a long time

Pretty easy to install but I swear to god it takes about 5 minutes to flush. I called 1-800 where a man with a heavy accent told me the restroom had been open for a few minutes, which was normal. I figured that was all he had to offer and hung up. I will see results when I receive my quarterly water bill in January.

Nearly foolproof toilet parts

Even an idiot like me with very little mechanical knowledge was able to follow the detailed instructions and installed it within 20 minutes to lock. The inflation valve worked as advertised immediately after installation. It took me a few minutes to figure out the angled base for the new damper valve, but it fit very well.

VALVE FILLING REFUSED IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS!

I would NOT buy this item. I don't know if I got a fake or if the quality control has taken a back seat lately. I have been buying Fluidmaster products for 25 years and this is by far the worst! The tank fills up more slowly than usual. The instructions weren't clear. The damper wax seal is a joke. I had to repot twice on the last day! I don't know how to make such garbage under guarantee, especially when you've already thrown the box away. Save yourself the headache and don't buy this!

Great set and easy to install

This toilet set is really great and very easy to install. The valve should close properly every time and not leak at all. The valve is also adjustable in the sense that you can set the amount of water you want in the tank before you flush it. It's also very easy to adjust for almost any tank size and has other settings you don't typically get with other devices. It only took me 15 minutes to install all of this and I'm done.
