Head scratching.

I'm usually a huge Fluke fan, but the FC3000 multimeter and PC3000 combo is extremely limited. The meter can only record data for 10 minutes by phone, and the PC software will scroll through the old data without recording / saving data. It only allows you to take screenshots. I called Fluke to discuss this with the sales team and engineers while I was deeply involved in my project. They stated that the gauge was intended to operate with specialized modules (which are well suited for limited…

Logging feature does not work as advertised

Same quality and accuracy as all 8 other Fluke products I own. It was specifically purchased to control the power supply only when installing a new machine to ensure machine performance and longevity of the PLC, servos and drive. The detected software product has an error: the meter turns off after 10 minutes and stops recording. Fluke has been contacted and told they are aware of the error but have no plans to fix it. Instead, they offered to buy me a switch for $5,000. Very very disappointed…

I'm not sure if this is the right meter for many people.

This is a very functional meter with 3 pins (no more current input). The display is easy to read. The wireless functionality is interesting, but ultimately only useful in a few cases. If you want to follow the big engine from the side room, this is very good. It's just not that useful for other things as you can't change the function remotely. I think if I were a teacher I would wish my displays could be viewed so easily on an iPad or a projector in the classroom. But in the end this item just…

Fluke PC3000. Don't buy this. Use the mobile app instead.

The Fluke PC3000 Wireless Computer Adapter is a lame excuse for what the Fluke Connect mobile app offers. You might think the PC version would have more features, not less. Here are the main device/software gotchas: - Allows you to retrieve only the actually logged measurements from the device for actual numbers. (This makes it impossible to receive data from the FC3000 as it doesn't log data. It also makes it impossible to display multiple measurements in the same timeline, e.g. AAC and VAC in

Good kit! I wish this set had DC too.

Nice set! I wish this kit included a DC meter and ammeter as well, but I can't complain, I bought those too! Current gauges are good, and flexible clamps make them even better. I like a flexible and precise way to go around wires and different contact wires. Not having to worry about the metal clips hitting the 800A rail when you try to grind them is worth its weight in gold. Very quick response, quicker than I expected. The launch function is nice too, but I suspect if you have a variable…
