Not a bad thing. My roaches love it and get extra vitamins. And the price is not bad. However, be careful when using it and give it a try. The last one I ordered had a foul smell and had white fluffy fungus on it. I will try to return it as I only ordered it a week ago and it usually lasts a couple of weeks with no problems.

Much better than spending $5 on a small bottle at pet stores! I use an old clean small bottle with a small plastic spoon to fill up the large bottle and keep it tightly sealed on the shelf. Due to the ingredients in the product, the smell is always a bit sulphurous, so it is essential to store it in a cool place. I can't say anything about the taste as my crickets don't answer my questions.

What I love about this product is that you have this 7.5 pound calcium fortified cricket quencher. It was packaged well and I love the packaging, the lid was tightly closed and nothing leaked out. it looks very fresh, can't wait for the crickets to eat it. Just for buying the smaller 16 ounce containers, it is very expensive to buy them at the pet store. This will take a while and I don't have to worry about going to the pet store for a new one.
