Upgraded Fluval ⚙️ 306/406 Impeller Cover - A20154 Review

My impeller was out of balance. At first I just replaced the impeller, but then I had to order a cover. Save time by ordering the impeller and cover together. Once I put this on, no more weird noises and great water flow.

My Fluval 406 suddenly started making a lot of unusual noises; didn't understand what the problem was until I replaced the impeller and noticed it was a cover with a broken tongue. So now I have a spare wheel...but this cap definitely helped!

Bought 2 of these cases and both didn't fit. It was difficult to replace - - - but within a day or two it broke off the impeller position and fell onto the filter housing. (Inside the housing) Managed to solve the problem by using another same part from the filter head kit. - GOOD PREPARATION!

This is a must have if you own a Fluval 406 pump After using my pump and canister filtration system for about six months I noticed a loss of vacuum and sealing ability. I was stunned that the $200 pump stopped working after such a short time. After researching this issue I had a great suggestion to use elastic tape to wrap the fountain cover to solve any sealing issues! It worked for another year. I finally bought this spare and replaced the old cap. Excellent results so far. It saved my life…
