Excellent for stimulating the growth of my anaerobic bacteria after basic tank cleanings and water changes. I have rarely lost a fish since using it. Would give 5 stars but could be a bit cheaper.

I use this to do constant new water changes in the aquarium. This means that the new tank syndrome is a thing of the past. That's enough for at least 50 uses. Will buy more in future.

This product is a must for anyone who has an aquarium. It prepares the aquarium, adds good bacteria to the medium and water, prevents new tank syndrome, it should be used when changing water. These 2 packs are good value compared to retail.

I have a dilution cocktail that I give my African cichlids with every water change that is included in this mix. They are all healthy and growing well. Whether this actually helps make the water safer/optimal is debatable, but since they work so well I will continue to use the solutions I've used.

I have several freshwater aquariums with delicate fish. This is a great product. I ran out of it once and used a different product that gave off a horrible sulfur smell. It is odorless and my fish feel very comfortable. When I used another product my fish didn't seem to like it either but that could be my imagination I guess. My community also uses chloramines, so I am pleased to know that after treating her water, this product will remove the separated ammonia from her water.
