Good Jeans for Riding - Safety Pants

Excellent value for money, the position of the knee pad pockets is questionable, they seem too high for a neutral or sport bike configuration.

They are alright. You get what you pay for, you know?

They are narrow at the hips and too long at the inseam. I don't like to sew so I wear them over my regular boots or tuck them into my big racing boots. The knee pad pockets are too low. I haven't tested abrasion resistance and don't intend to. I bet you get a better product by spending 2x more on AStars or something like that. but for the price they look good and hopefully offer a little better protection than my Levi's if I part with my BMW while driving.

Pros
  • Pants and chaps
Cons
  • ill thought out

Fit is great! Best of Safety Pants

Having tried a pair of riding jeans (some more expensive than these) Fly Racing Resistance is my favorite to date! The fit is actually normal for once. These are not skinny jeans but I find them form fitting. They can definitely pass as regular jeans and offer a lot more protection. The color is a nice dark blue, very similar to the photo. The knee pads can be adjusted for your comfort. Personally, I rarely use knee pads simply because jeans are more comfortable without them. All in all I love…

Way 2 small - pants and chaps

I usually wear 36-38 inch jeans/pants. My other motorcycle jeans that I have are 38" but to have a little more room I ordered the men's jeans 40". They are very small as I can't even put them on my knees they are so small. I slipped them over my regular 36x34 jeans (on the picture I've included. I actually did this with 3 separate pairs of my pants with similar results) and was surprised at how much smaller they are and clearly not 40 inches. spend in vain. I also measured them with a tape…

Pros
  • Safety pants
Cons
  • Not the best

Great fit, great price

I used to have no luck with motorcycle jeans. The fit is never as advertised and is just plain weird at times. I bought them for 40% off the regular price so I decided to give it a try. I usually wear 33x34 pants (which means my waist is really 35) in a fitted cut. Looking at the reviews and some installation guides on other sites, 34x34 seems fine. The Fly Racing Resistance jeans are also advertised with a slim fit. So I risked $70 and got lucky. These jeans fit perfectly. Not only do they fit

Pros
  • Protective gear
Cons
  • Some little things
