Strong nice piece but too small to leverage against bottle caps. It is better to pull the keychain that comes with the kit.

This item is not too difficult to use as other reviewers have said, just insert your finger into the ring it is on and use your finger as a lever. Works great for me after 1 or 6 beers. It's not the most comfortable device, but I'm willing to sacrifice comfort for the incredible believability this thing offers.

Firstly, if it is titanium, then it is a poor quality alloy. It came with tiny bits of metal attached to it with a magnet. Second, it was almost impossible to open a bottle with a ring that came with the kit. Pulling the ring was painful because it was digging into my finger. after the bottle was finally opened, the ring almost completely fell apart and lost its shape until it was no longer remotely round.
