This item arrived broken as other reviewers mentioned but I figured it would eventually work if used. I thought this particular bag might have stronger and softer dividers compared to the slots you see in other bags. However, when I opened the bag to inspect the dividers, I found that the velcro straps holding them in place were misaligned. This caused the top to be uneven, and particularly the smaller areas. I travel every week for work and when I pack and go I always need a suitcase. Last week my luggage was lost and with it my venerable train suitcase. I was afraid to replace it and all of its valuable (and expensive!) contents because I never found another case I liked. I found this one on Revain and uploaded it along with my street gear.
