Bought for a Yamaha PW50 and the white plastic part was not a suitable replacement. I had to cut. So far it seems to be doing its job.

Gears not sliding on Yamaha PW50 shaft. The inside of the gears was not machined to specification. It doesn't even slip with a hammer. Had to use a puller to remove the gear after hammering it in 1/2 way.

The standard C clip is too thin and results in a loose fit on kick starter gears. Every kit from Kick Gear I've bought and the factory has c-clips that are too flimsy and poor quality. I bought a thicker c clip now there is no play or breakage.

Fits perfectly in my Dazon 50cc suitcase! I once had a gearbox problem. It jammed when I tried to kick it and got stuck in the body. (Obviously there are no instructions) It turns out that it needs to be lubricated. I just used some motor oil and it worked great! For everyone who has this problem

I installed a large diameter 72cc kit. See, much more compression, uses the original head. My kickstarter was a bit worn except for the large bore kit. I've learned that with a kickstarter, the best technique is to place your foot on the kickstarter, push it all the way down, and then with a quick push, push the kickstarter all the way down to start the scooter. If you pull out the kickstarter lever and just push in, there's a much better chance of removing the kickstarter gears. Even with the…
