This is exactly what I needed. Plenty of room to adjust and very easy loosening/tightening of the strap. Fits perfectly in my Fast/Impact helmet, but I had to remove the ratchet system that was already installed (but that was my intention). Can be almost as tight as the previously mentioned ratchet system.

The product looks good and is comfortable. Requires a complete replacement of existing harnesses, including fasteners. The switch was easy and the result is a very user-friendly end product. There is very little room to adjust the length of the strap which means I use my strap at full extension; where I had more room to stretch out with my suspension exposed. I'm also a 6ft 4in 230lb with a proportional dome. The product is well designed.

Neck too far forward and tight, very little adjustment. With a medium-sized helmet, it is therefore suitable for a small head size. The hardware appears to be rated for ACH rather than PASGT and is unmarked to indicate hardness and therefore ballistic capability. I had to completely cut off the back of my head and reuse the original hardware, which now sticks out in the helmet and requires awkward placement of cushioning pads. I refitted a medium PASGT after trimming the neck and installing FMA

Purchased for leather back pad. The lining gives room for my topknot. What I don't like about this suspension is that the screws are barely enough to connect to the studs. The bolts are shorter and thicker than the ones that come standard with the helmet, so they thread into the helmet rather than going through a hole in the helmet, making it almost impossible to secure the bolt. Also, the bolt snaps into the suspension and won't rotate on its own without re-rotating the entire suspension…
