I made a seat cushion out of this. I looked at all these yoga mats and realized they weren't the right fit for my arthritis aching body. I just had to make a seat cushion that I could throw on the floor and sit while listening to music. I found it and got it. I'm glad I did now. I just made the seat cushion this afternoon and just finished it. It's like imagining yourself sitting on a cloud. I really love this foam. It's more comfortable than my bed. My dogs destroy sofas. I have two large dogs who love scratching the sofa and tucking in blankets at will with their teeth and claws.
