Overall positive experience using the platform

The ability to track all of my social media activity, including Instagram Live broadcasts. I can also connect directly with my followers via the platform. There are some features that could be improved, such as the inability to access certain hashtags or accounts from outside of the app. I would recommend this tool for any brand looking to increase their reach on social media platforms.
