Not 100% Biodegradable Burlap Burlap

I purchased this product to make wreath ribbons which are 100% biodegradable. The band is described as being made of burlap. However, the weft or cross weave that holds the tape together is made of clear plastic thread (e.g. thin fishing line). Although the tape is well made, it wasn't what I expected from the description.

Seller Buys 5 Star Reviews

I received a card from the seller that said "Leave a 5 star review and get this item for free or get a gift card." Me base my purchases on the reviews. I don't want the reviews to be skewed because the seller "buys" 5-star reviews. Jute tape is ok. It's easier to understand than I expected. It works well for hanging garlands on railings; does not damage wooden products

Ideal for tying tomatoes to stakes

When I first got it I thought the ties were pretty flimsy. But still they are perfect for me.
