I like how easy it is to schedule posts, track engagement/likes & comments from different hashtags in one place! Also love that they have an API so my team can use their platform too!! It's really great for small businesses who want more organic reach but don't know where or what social media channels are best suited towards them - we've been able do see which ones perform well with our audience before committing time into posting there ourselves (and also getting paid!).
