Description of FOOTMASTER GD 80F BLK UP Urethane Leveling Caster

Patent protected anti-vibration axles, ratcheting mechanisms and hardened steel raceway sleeve. Cast aluminum body with a powder coat finish in ivory or black. Custom colors are available for the complete caster. 3 different manufacture drawings available upon request to FootMaster. GD/SGDN models feature manual thumb wheel and/or nut for open-ended wrench. GDR models feature a built-in ratcheting system. User has up to 5/8" of leveling adjustment depending on model. This caster comes standard with a urethane pad and a nylon 6 wheel. NBR rubber pad and urethane on aluminum wheel options are available.

Disappointing Industrial and Scientific Caster

Based on my experience this caster was a terrible choice for my needs .The advertised load capacity was misleading, as it struggled to handle even half the weight indicated. The build quality was also subpar, with the urethane wheels wearing down quickly and refusing to lock in place. While the design was visually appealing, it ultimately did not meet my industrial needs..

Heavy Duty Wheels!: Material Handling Products

We used them on an automatic machine that had to be mobile but at the same time immobile and strong. It is good if the leg is attached to the wheel, so as not to stagger.
