Chrome Valve Cap Covers by Ford with Blue Logo Review

They're great. Not metal. There were metal ones and my husband had to replace the tire valve stem because they were alloy.

The Ford logo is beautiful but what really stands out is the quality of this product. It is very well made and has internal sealing to keep dirt, dust and water out. I would definitely buy again.

These are really good valve stem caps. They are a good size, with a blue Ford oval, well centered and well detailed. It's direct from Ford themselves, you get 5 caps with rubber seals inside and they completely cover the valve stem. They look great on my 2016 Mustang GT. VERY HAPPY !

I like the stem caps because I have arthritis in my fingers it's easier to grab and twist the cap when checking tire pressure and they are well made out of plastic, chrome and Ford emblem and I won't put any metal ones as I think it can upset the balance of the wheel

The first ones I got (from this seller) were small and metal with the Ford logo printed on them. Like these, it took a while to get them, but that's ok with me. After I replaced my tires, the tire changers put regular plastic caps on half of my new tires instead of putting mine back on. I was disappointed so I went back to Buy It Again. Because I wanted the same ones, right? Wrong, they're plastic and a lot bigger (albeit with the Ford logo) and I'm disappointed.

I lost one of the stock rocker covers on my Ford Fusion Hybrid so I decided to take this opportunity to spruce it up a bit. These Ford logo valve covers are a real eye catcher and the Ford logo is clearly printed. At first I wanted them to be metal instead of plastic, but another poster pointed out that the weight of the metal caps would unbalance the tires. Great observation! Great quality, fit and finish, very light weight, doesn't affect tire balance! It is not for nothing that all valve stem caps from authorized vehicle manufacturers are made of plastic. This is because they don't affect the balance of your tires. The stainless steel aftermarket models are too heavy.
