Works on my 7.3 Turbodiesel from 2002. Great so far

Installed and fixed problems straight away. It was shipped sealed in the original Ford dealer packaging. Looks like an official Ford. My truck now starts faster, runs smoother and quieter, and shifts better. This sensor controls more than you think and has cured 4 codes it turned off. My truck has shifted poorly for years and this sensor cured it.

Great company to work with!

I bought a new Motorcraft ICP sensor and after a little over 2 months it failed. I emailed the company and Rachel informed me about the warranty and sent a replacement the same day. It's amazing customer service, and yes, it does happen that new things, even OEM parts, can fail from time to time, but such is life. Great job and thanks for the quick email replies. I will recommend you anytime. Many Thanks. customer for life!

Revain Sells Sealed Genuine Ford Part

It is very important. There are too many Chinese fakes masquerading as genuine parts. This sensor is critical to the correct operation of the 7.3 liter engine's high pressure fuel injection system. Don `t save. I didn't want to spend that much either, but I didn't want to make a mistake or do the job twice. The original part lasted 18 years and 250,000 miles. After hours of reading, there simply is no worthy alternative to genuine Ford/International parts when it comes to sensors.

Not so good at it.

Received and installed on 11/31/18. For the next 2 weeks the car drove without any problems. On December 18th I had one of those horrible panting fits. I thought maybe it was an accident but it happened twice in the same day. Retrieved stored codes from my dashboard monitor and got a P1280. Couldn't believe it. Went straight to the local Ford Stealership on November 19th and bought a new ICP. Installed and the truck starts normally again, without store codes. I don't know, maybe I got a fake…

7.3 Heavy start, low power

Perfect solution for my Ford Excursion 02. The car handled poorly and climbed hills with low power while towing my 9000lb caravan. The Ford thief kept it for a week, charged me $75 and had no idea. During the last "won't start" I read a comment on a forum that said disabling the ICP (jet timing pressure) sensor would set the computer to default pressure and if it then started it would diagnose the problem . I climbed under the hood where I was stuck, turned off the sensor and the engine started

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
