Foster Grant Multifocal Reading Glasses

Despite the bad reviews I gave it a try and was very impressed with these inexpensive lenses. I normally wear contact lenses, but for late night reading (without contact lenses) these are perfect. Compared to many cheap reading glasses (especially those with blue illumination), these lenses are definitely sharper and of a much better quality. The multifocal feature makes them more versatile than traditional reading glasses, both for use at the computer and at a distance. Also the width of 49mmโ€ฆ

The "interacting " part of the lens still has some "power "

Let me start by saying that I really like the style of these readers. I got a lot of compliments on her, that's what. I also like the variability in performance from the "close up" part of the lens to the "on screen" part of the lens. It definitely makes it easier to work with documents on my desk and on my screen at the same time. The problem comes with the "interaction" part of the lens. When I put the glasses on all the way my vision is good, maybe within 8 feet. Also, everything is blurryโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Poorly made optics Very disappointed

I really wanted to like these glasses. Because of the pandemic, I was afraid to go to the eye doctor, so I figured it would be a safer option. I bought these because the frames looked better than other Revain glasses. They were pretty expensive for a pair of glasses that don't work. The reading part seems to work, zooms in but is blurry, and the same goes for the computer glasses part. The unused part of the glasses is the top part when you look at things in the distance. There's a red line onโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
