Works well on my X-T3

Used on a Fuji X-T3 with a reflecting telescope with adapter and a Vivitar T-mount lens. Amazing product for select use.

This should be the best kit for my Fuji XT2! Now I can use all my Canon lenses, especially the 100mm 2.8 macro lens. You lose autofocus with this adapter, but I never use it for macro photography. With Canon lenses you also can't change the aperture with this adapter, the lens stays at the widest aperture, but here's the secret! Attach a lens to your Canon camera, enable aperture priority and choose the aperture you want. (For this lens I chose the golden mean F 5.6). Make sure you have your…

Why have I waited so long?

I have been a photographer for over 50 years and since switching from film to digital I have unused dozens of lenses including thousands of dollars worth of Leica M-Glass. Having bought Fujifilm X cameras, I can adapt many brands of lenses through these adapters, but never thought about it. However, I realized that Fujifilm's 90mm lens, despite its excellent optical qualities, was too expensive for the small focal length used (135mm full frame equivalent). Then I remembered that my 90mm Leica M

Works great when fitting Canon FD mount lenses to Fujifilm X-T20

My opinion is the same on all three so I use the same rating for all three. These Fotsay adapters work just as well as the more expensive adapters. Sure, they may lack the fancy anodized finish and rely on textured metal grips instead of rubber grips, but in terms of adjustability I've had no issues. Each of these adapters fit correctly on my X-T20 and all the classic lenses I've used and have had no problems. The lenses and adapter are not too tight to get stuck and not too loose to fall off…

Do not be shy. That's great!

Amazing, really. When I bought my Fujifilm X-T1 from B&H in New York, I also settled on a $100 Metabones adapter to fit my Nikkor AE lenses. It was a big mistake, but I didn't realize it until some time had passed. Metabones are so tight that the first time I tried putting a lens on them I thought it was the wrong adapter. I finally got it to fit, but then I realized that every time I take off a lens and put on a new one, I tear the metal off the damn lens axis! The adapter was literally hit…

Less than a decent lunch

Bucking the usual tendency for photo enthusiasts to jump on the bandwagon with more megapixels, more sophisticated autofocus, face detection, 4k video, etc., I decided to find a modern digital equivalent of the original one Nikon F or Canon A1 which was fully manual. Of course, none of these companies make cameras like this anymore, although to some extent you can at least put any DSLR or mirrorless camera into quasi-manual mode. When I discovered the Fujifilm EX-1, I was delighted at how well…
