They are very good for tidying small cords. For larger cables, such. a bundled extension cord, the knot will try to maximally stretch the lever if it is too tight. I like the yellow ones, they are easy to see as opposed to the black velcro straps and easy to find if you drop them on the ground in the dark.

We have a small camper with limited storage space. Clips for bags of potato chips etc. are bulky and take up a lot of space. I use them for bags, tying string, and fastening picnic tablecloths and bench covers. Great tools with many uses and take up very little space. I highly recommend it!
