Great Quality Compressor Climbing the Ranks

Based on my observations this compressor is of great quality and definitely worth purchasing .It was easy to install and helped to restore my AC back to normal functioning. The materials used are durable and seem to be long-lasting. The only con is that it is slightly pricey compared to some other compressor options on the market. OVERALL, i highly recommend this product for anyone in need of a reliable replacement compressor..

Pros
  • Reliable and durable construction for long-lasting use.
Cons
  • Requires professional installation which can add to the overall cost of the unit.

R12-R134a conversion

Had old R12 screw connections (needs to be opened manually for service). This fits my SD709 (91 Jeep XJ) exactly. Note to all other installers: Old and new air conditioners use AN fittings, typically -2 to -8. Measure the OD of the hose and check the corresponding dimensions of the AN fittings. For example, my expansion valve has -8 and -4 in front and two -6 in back. It's versatile and really helps to find the right valve. 4S lists all sizes in AN.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Too stupid
