Efficient Cooling System Upgrade: Four Seasons 54541 Evaporator Core Review

Excellent quality. I've had it in my car for a few weeks now and it works great! I had to adjust the tubes a bit to fit, no big deal.

Not suitable for 1987 F150, the welded bracket was blocking the hood of my 1987 F150. Of course almost 2 months have passed since the order and I actually tried to replace the whole system and until then I could not return.

Perfect fit for my 1990 Bronco EB My only issue is that the tube with the hole that came with the kit does NOT go all the way into the tube went. It's not a problem now, but who knows in the future. I would recommend this item but you may purchase a different hose from your local auto parts store.

This product was great, I have used this along with many other Four Seasons components to replace all air conditioning parts on my Lariat 1991F-150 XLT back to factory and now my air conditioning for a few months very cold I would recommend this part as I like to use genuine Motorcraft parts whenever possible but this was one of the many parts I could really only find in the aftermarket at a great price.
