    Bought this for my 2004 Deville because a. .

    Bought for my 2004 Deville because the A/C wasn't burning. I did a little research and found that the fan motor is defective. I ordered this and installed it in minutes. AC started blowing right after the words and so far there have been no problems with it.

    Works with modifications and not the same airflow as original equipment.

    2003 Buick Lesabre Limited. The engine fits. Holes (2) must be drilled in the flange for assembly. The existing holes were in the wrong place. There is almost no original airflow. Very loud. The plastic bracket and the rubber seal must be removed. Works with modifications and is no worse than the original equipment.

    You may need to remove the motor from the plastic case it came in.

    Reading the reviews I want to clarify something. The fan comes in a fan case, so there may be some confusion as to whether it will fit your vehicle. See my photos here, the old motor I took off is in a plastic case that comes with the motor. My car is a 2005 Cadillac DeVille Base.

    It works great, hence the 3 stars.

    I have a Pontiac Bonneville. The part says it fits this machine, but it won't fit unless you make your own adjustments. My dad had to drill holes in it to get it to fit properly because the existing holes didn't fit the car. After getting frustrated with how to customize it, it works great so I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2.

    Heater Blower and Fan Motor Replacement for Buick LeSabre 2004

    Great quality replacement Blower and Fan Motor for Buick LeSabre 2004. Be sure to change the cabin air filter before purchasing a new engine as a very dirty cabin air filter will lead to a malfunction of the blower motor. Trust me this hasn't happened to me. Replaced cabin filter and heater fan works perfectly again! Let's assume that the fan motor problem is caused by increased frictional resistance caused by a dirty filter.

    NOT fits 2000 Pontiac Bonneville

    FYI, this product does NOT fit 2000 Pontiac Bonneville as stated in the installation guide. The correct part number for my 2000 Bonneville is PM9215 which is more expensive but actually fits! There is a raised baffle that prevents installation as there are other parts in the dash that this raised baffle needs to be attached to.     The screw holes didn't match.

    This spare part, which fits many models of different years, is difficult to fit. We have a 2002 Lesabre Limited. The fan housing in the car was not removed after loosening 5 screws. But the fan falls out immediately by simply unscrewing 3 screws. It would be an easy swap, but the bolt holes on the replacement fan flange are on the opposite side of the post holes than our Lesabre.
