You put them on in the morning and they are too tight. After a few hours they became so loose that they had to be constantly tightened. These buttons solve this problem. I really like these things. I have a small figure and often the smallest pants still don't quite fit my waist and I'm not a fan of belts. The buttons go easy and the concept is simple!
