I have nerve problems in my hand. The velcro is strong but the tire slips easily. Even tried over the sleeve it was uncomfortable. I took a hit and my arm hurt. Spend more money on a better tire.

Product works well and is exactly as described, the velcro strips to attach it are quite long and the only part it sticks to is quite small so I can cut it off but overall a great product that does what I want need .

I have an ulnar nerve and a carpal tunnel and when I had a flair this thing was life. This is a solid product. The velcro could be a bit better and I wear the t-shirt on the inside of the brace when I sleep. Super durable, no complaints.

I returned this item because it didn't fit at all. I ordered a medium size. I am a small, relatively small woman, but this bandage did not fit my arm. Sure, the straps were long enough that I could still wear them, but just using the straps would have exposed a few inches of skin. Not very suitable in my opinion. Because of the length I will not order a large one. The average size was too long for me. If the brace was completely wrapped around my arm I would have kept it.

Turning it "upside down" so that the buckles are under the elbow gives you good freedom of movement to bend a little at night and also offers good protection against over-stretching. However, I ordered another model for comparison which I found to be longer and warmer, for a better sense of security to get out and about without fear of further injury, and without the heavy equipment like I use for ROM to the house .
