Great for the price.

Installation is easy. The only criticism is that I had to buy another screw for the right side to mount the slider, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Luckily, Lowes is just around the corner. The left side can be screwed on without any problems. As long as they look strong. I hope you never have to test them.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Sliders are beautiful and fit in the right place

Sliders are beautiful and fit in the right place. The screws should be long on the right side to keep the bracket loose. I had to shorten the screw to size. I also had to order the item twice as not all parts were delivered the first time.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons

Standard size for frames and accessories

The slider on the right was insanely long and didn't look right at all. The length of the bolts was difficult to determine, so I broke one of them about halfway to the motor mount. Now I have a cut hole and no slider or motor bolt on one side and I need to get the bolt out somehow. A little more money for a nice set

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Some complications

Not suitable. on parts

There are no instructions for this so it's a guessing game until you figure out which screw goes where. That said, the left side adapter is too big and means you can't reattach the fairing properly, which sucks when you're trying to keep the bike as clean as possible, so I returned it and am on the hunt now with the shoguns.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Unsafe

Cheap fittings but the plastic is plastic.

Plastic is difficult to get dirty and is generally fine. My problem was with the included hardware. It just seemed cheap and some of them were the wrong size so I went to premium hardware and bought grade 10 steel screws. Otherwise the left side panel fits perfectly. They are a little long so you can shorten them a bit.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Compatibility

Cheaply made, ruined my bike!

What about the frame slider itself? Good quality and beautiful appearance. It's the included hardware that is the root of all evil! The 3" hex bolt that goes into the frame of the bike is completely broken in half while screwed 3/4 of the way into the frame! There's no chance if it ever comes out now. Frame sliders again! I'm beside myself with anger. Don't waste your time with this product!

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Out of style
