After two months the timer stopped working still waiting for a refund and also the response from the warranty seller is not cooperative never buy again

The product stopped working in less than a month. I got very excited about programming different timers and set everything up. Now the timers don't actually start or start counting down. The program button doesn't work, the cancel/delete button doesn't work. Tried changing the battery, still doesn't work. No troubleshooting support from the company, they said to speak to the Amazon seller and get him to replace it. The seller on Amazon says to return it to the company as it is under warranty…

That was 10 years, now they should be cheaper, the buzzer doesn't work sometimes, only the light flashes, it's not good for me that the beep always goes off. Came back and got $10 which I think they kept for a restocking fee or something although these devices are now junk in my book got a similar device for HALF the price of this device. in that it doesn't tell you how long the timer is running, which can sometimes be a problem when you're busy digesting something.
