I like that it is very easy to use; no need of any software installation or registration process required! The customer support team provides excellent service (and quick response time) when issues arise with your account/transactions etc.; they are friendly & professional in their approach towards solving problems faced by users - even if not directly related to freightsigning transactions. I can keep track of all my shipments in one place. I can also keep track of all my bills and invoices for each shipment. There are some things you can't do from the app. You have to go in to the website to enter bills and invoices. It would be great if I could set up notifications for when a shipment is late.
