Not worth the money - Save your cash!

After trying this pouf, I was sorely disappointed. The color was much duller in person and the material felt cheap, not at all what I was expecting for the price. The only positive is that it did provide a decent amount of cushioning. However, I ultimately returned it as it didn't match my home and kitchen decor. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Customer service is excellent

I originally had a 5x rating. There were some issues with the product. Contact their support team. They were prompt once I sent the photos. Although I liked the product. The outer material is well made.

This product is actually 17 inches in diameter and 14 inches in height.

I like almost everything about this product except that it is not true to size. It's really only 17 inches in diameter and 14 inches high. Even the box it comes in is 17 x 14. I was just expecting something bigger and more comfortable.
