Great for potty training!

This is a great step stool for toddlers. Non-slip as it has a grippy bottom edge and a grippy top to keep your child from slipping when standing on it. Finger holes on the sides make it easy to grab and move. Lightweight so kids can move it while potty training or sinking to brush their teeth or wash their hands.

It's also great for our preschool nephew to go upstairs.

We have a squat pot in the upstairs bathroom. However, there are two doors leading to this bathroom and the "squat" device blocked them. It's just the right height to take your place. It is also convenient for our preschool nephew to get up to use the toilet and hide to the side when not in use. victory/win.

Excellent stool bad color Description

In general a great stool for kids! We have one complaint though (hence 4 stars) - the sticker says 'blue for boys' but we bought it for my daughter as her favorite color is blue. She was discouraged and it took my wife a while to convince her that blue could be for girls too, which in turn upset my wife. All in all it worked out in the end, but I would recommend the seller to just tag us as 'blue'.

Short & Slick: Step Stool

I bought these for my 2 year old to use with the potty. We currently have a second step but it is too high and needs help to sit down from that height. This stool is currently too short. We have a raised potty seat with a cup in front of it. It might have worked if we had a flat seat or no seat at all, but now she can't stand on the seat at all. I am also very disappointed that the upper is not rubber. I thought it was blue but it's just hard plastic so it's still too smooth. I also wish it had

Great for potty training but too short for washing hands in the sink.

Overall it's easy to use and great for potty training. However, I have two problems with it: my toddler can't reach the sink very well, and I wish it was bigger for hand washing. (I also have a fairly large baby). And the only other complaint I have is that it slides a bit and even tips over when not stepped on. I'm sure it's probably the same for all chairs, but I just thought it was worth mentioning.

Smooth surface, no handles so you don't slip

This stool is just the right height (it's shorter than others), but it slides backwards on a tiled floor, which is dangerous. My little one stood on it while potty training and leaned forward a bit and I watched him slide. A bad accident is about to happen. And there is no resistance in the socks above - waiting for another slip and fall accident. If you put your chair on carpet to prevent slipping and only stand on it with non-slip shoes, it would be much safer.

Safe, well made yet lightweight step stool

Excellent step for toilet training. Perfect fit for our 3 meter child. Not too high, but not too short either. It has enough grip when your kid gets a little muddy in the water and the like. It's solid, I'll admit I dig it like an average sized adult ;) It also has the added benefit of rubber pads underneath which provide traction on the ground, which is good in the first place, but if you just do it, can be annoying try to push it away from the closet door with one foot as I often do. However,

We didn't need a rubber band. Slides and Slides

I'm surprised there aren't any negative reviews for this product. I ordered 2 of these a while ago to help our boy potty train. Let's be honest. This is a 6 inch plastic stool. You would think they could get it right. Since it's plastic and everyone in the modern world has a tile floor, you'll need some sort of rubberized pad to keep it in place. Both stools we bought had it, but it was embedded in the plastic. makes it inoperable. I threw them away. This product destroys teeth, sutures causeโ€ฆ
