Precision fit is very easy to install. Simply disconnect the coil under the dishwasher, unscrew the screws, remove it and replace it with a new one. The 2nd is the old one over the new one, you can see how it has deformed. The new one has markings where the latch plates go.

Fits perfectly. Better than the old heater because the metal on the dishwasher side is completely covered by a rubber gasket. The old one didn't, as it was leaking due to seal failure. The rubber seal loosened over time and started to leak.
