Bought a bamboo rug from BB&B and used it in our shower for about 3 months. During this time it cracked, tore at the ends, and became moldy. This rug is very well made. Looks very heavy and strong. It had lots of thick rubber feet and water dripped between the slats. For now, it's worth spending the extra money by buying something more expensive and just as well made.

Ok I'm changing one star to three because the company did everything they could to make me happy. Although they cannot fix the problem, they have issued a full refund. Although the rug didn't work for my situation, I am completely impressed with their customer service. However, I have to say that this rug does not slide from front to back in my bathroom, but it does slide from side to side, so it doesn't serve the purpose I originally bought it for.

We have a fiberglass shower, we fixed a few cracks in the floor and after 20 years we were ready to replace the whole thing. As a last try and another patch I bought this. Our shower is 30cm x 30cm so doesn't cover the entire floor but fits well and distributes the weight more evenly. It's comfortable, non-slip and stays in place. I like mats much better than traditional rubber or roll mats. Looks like wood, but should last forever. It's softer than a tile or marble floor and generally much less slippery. My only recommendation is the rubber feet. I'm an older tall guy with a big shower. I have 2 of these rugs next to each other in my shower.
