Installation does not mention what to do with accessories

Asked the seller questions about an extra hex bolt, two washers and an oversized nut and again he sent me photos of the items I want to know what with them to do is what are they used for

Curved Light Bar Bracket 52 " 1995 k1500 Suburban

Installs on 1999 k1500 Suburban. It was a little sketchy drilling holes and installing a rivet nut. Before installing I used silicone around the nut to prevent water ingress. I noticed some rust on the brackets and decided to clean them and apply black oleum rust paint. It fits snugly and introduces little to no extra road noise. Be sure to use the correct size drill bit when drilling the holes. Very happy with the purchase.
