I bought this for my 2006 Acura TL. The hood wouldn't stay open on its own and I figured it was time to get some new "hood latches". My dad helped me install them but all you have to do is just take a flathead screwdriver and attach it. where the old one was, and you're done!

This is by far the easiest service to do on your car. Unpacking from the box takes about as long as replacing. The best part is that I no longer get hit on the back of the hood if it falls off while I'm checking fluid levels, cleaning the engine, etc.
