Pros
- It has so many features that are useful in our office environment! We have been using it for several years now since we switched from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM last year when they discontinued their product because too much changes were being made by MS without consulting us first before implementing them into new version which was not user friendly at all.we had no choice but switch over as other competitors will be doing same thing sooner or later if you don’t want
