Frontdesk master is easy for use.It has some customization feature to enhance the experience of the admin.But nothing much positive about this software.I would not suggest anyone to go for it.There is no single reason to go for this product in comparison with other more stable products.it has many options which requires lots of time for setting.If you want ease then choose this product.For those who really require good quality software front desk master is suitable. I am solving the problems i am facing related to my company. I like the simplicity of the software. The system is easy to use and navigate. I also appreciate the fact that the software is mobile friendly so it can be used from anywhere. I dislike that you have to pay a bit more for some features if you want them. I would recommend this product to others who are looking for a good software to manage their reservations. We use this software as our reservation software. It has helped us streamline our process which in turn helps us improve our customer service.
