I had a small break in the insulation on my AC line causing condensation to form. This stuff went through easily and quickly solved my problem. Best of all, this product is MADE IN THE USA!

I'm not a professional but I have had to insulate some pipes and other parts on my pickup and as far as I can tell it is a quality material. It is sticky and reinforced with fibers embedded in the adhesive.

Seems to have a very good glue to stick to the pipe. Don't be too rough on the insulation as it can easily break. If you want it to be well insulated I would recommend a double or triple coat.

Suitable for insulating AC wiring for a wine cellar fridge. Oddly, they can also be used to attach arch supports in shoes. This may require placing it under a shoe insert a few times as it compresses it, but my shoes are much more comfortable now and I don't have neuroma issues.

The material is 2 inches wide so it's a lot easier to cut to size if you feel it fits your project. You don't want to use this to wrap the real pipe, you want to wrap the styrofoam pipe instead and seal where it connects to the house and bends 90° etc. The thing is nice and tacky, but not so much that you could not gently bend it and move it. Once you squeeze it, you can't take it off without tearing it.
