Amazing even in 2020

Even in 2020 this is a great camera. Working with the Fuji X-E2, I knew what to expect from the image sensor, but not from the shot. This is a really good camera. Can be processed well enough. Even better with grip. I don't like the function button on the front of the grip, and I don't really like how the Fuji pics look. Spicy? Yes. Amazing movie simulations? Yes. Direct control on the camera? Yes. But. I might be the only one saying that and that's ok for the opinions and all. But I think the…

The cheapest and best Fuji on the market!

First off, this company must really underestimate their "used" product. I'm pretty sure my camera is brand new. There are practically no signs of wear! My only gripe with this camera is the slower shutter speed than the X-T2, but that's okay. Definitely something I can get used to with more use. The picture quality is excellent. This camera comes from the Sony APS-C system and suffers in image quality. Fuji really blocked that "X-factor"! Your JPEG is second to none. I can't believe how much…

X-T1 is the winner. for camera and photo

Started around 1967 with Minolta SR-T 101. Through years of Nikon/Canon/Contax film production. Early digital cameras and the big horn Canon 1Ds and the small Leica M9. I've had a lot of great photo tools and a lot of terrible ones. I'm an amateur who had a show on Madison Avenue and while it was fun, I'm fully committed to the amateur ranks. like the simplest camera." I was disgusted to take a bag of tricks to family events or train out of the trunk in the woods. When Fuji introduced the X100,

That camera! - Camera and photo

User's personal rating - Non-technical rating This camera is an incredible tool. That's small. It's mirrorless, so it doesn't have Canon 1dx/Nikon D4 autofocus speeds. It's not ultra high definition. If you're looking for performance and fast shooting then this isn't your camera to be honest. If you love videos. no (It captures video, but not very well. This is a photographer's camera.) However, if you love portraits, streets, landscapes, architecture, family, editorial, news or just…

I'm glad I bought this camera after several months of considering buying it. I don't need a bulky multi-lens DSLR, but I also wanted to be able to switch lenses on my next camera. Just got back from Paris and the Netherlands where the camera worked exceptionally well apart from one incident (more on that later). Compared to other compact SLRs and other NIKON, Canon and Olympus DSLRs I've used, the first improvement I noticed is the electronic viewfinder: the image is sharp and bright. Second is

This makes photography fun again!

My previous camera was a Canon T2i which I have loved for many years. After much research, I recently decided to switch to a mirrorless camera. I chose the Fujifilm X-T1 because I liked the retro design of the camera body and the quality of the lens selection. It is small and light which makes it easy to carry. The bulkiness of the Canon T2i DSLR made it cumbersome to carry around and I took fewer photos as a result. On-camera ISO, shutter speed, exposure and aperture controls make photography…

EVF is dark in manual mode in low light (Can be reassigned in menu)

I really like this camera. I was debating between this or upgrading my Canon 60D to 6D. I couldn't find any negative feedback on the X-T1 and I found a lot of feedback from people who switched from 6D to X-T1. So I bought it. I haven't used my tripod since I got it. Images at ISO 3200 are very comfortable. Also 6400 is not bad if needed. The JPEGs that come out of this camera are amazing! I haven't played with RAW images much because I like what I get from JPEG. I like having the important…

Best Camera!: Mirrorless Cameras

Overall I think this is the best camera I've owned. To make it short I will only list the positives and negatives starting with the negatives because there are so few of them! Negative - - Focus speed - If your main focus is on shooting sports or animals on the run then this might not be it. camera for you. I'm not saying the autofocus isn't great, it's just that it's not up to the level I get from my Nikon DSLR. With a fast focusing lens like the 70-200mm, it's amazing how well this camera can
