A good product. easy to use and clean

During quarantine I tried to make chapatis but using a traditional Indian roller the chapatis came out unevenly. I found this and it helped me and now my chapatis don't even have a perfect circle. but that's my skill, no roller.

Requires grips to make driving easier.

This is a great product but it is difficult to roll out dough without the grips that other rollers have. If they are I would give 5 stars. It's already broken, but I think my mother-in-law accidentally dropped it. 😞 Unfortunately, I won't be buying these again.

Works great but disc colors don't match.

I love the rolling pin. Discs are good too. Just when you assemble it, green is 6mm and the other green is 2mm. So if you're baking and just want to pick the right size, you really need to read each disc to make sure the sizes match, as the colors won't match!

PERFECT for cut out cookies

Love it! I've avoided making cut out cookies because I'm a "wobbly" roller. Because of the slices at the end I had PERFECT even cookies and it was so easy! I rolled out the sugar cookie dough between the parchment paper and removed the liners with a spatula. I will use it for cake batter next time! So excited about this new kitchen tool. My cutouts look professional!

Best clay artist for baking tools and supplies

I bought this to use with polymer clay. I'm just starting out with making beads and didn't want to invest in a paste/clay machine until I was sure I wanted to move on. But I needed a way to roll out the clay evenly and evenly. That was excellent! I can easily switch between discs to gradually roll out the clay to the desired thickness. The only thing I would change would be if there were a few more hard drives with sizes in between what they have now.

Designed for easy packing, not convenience

Don't get me wrong, I love this rolling pin (although it does seem to bend slightly when placed in the center of hard/cold dough like gingerbread or shortbread dough is pressed) . Cookie). Maybe it would be nice to have a 3mm high guide when 2mm seems too thin and 4mm thick, but if you really need it you could probably 3D print one. BUT since the end caps are designed to hold ALL four wheel height guides (so they can be packaged as one item) they are too long if just held. While this doesn't…
