Our cat Hazel is DEFEATERED by this hammock. She sat in it for several hours before we installed it. Then, as soon as we did, she immediately jumped in. She is sooo happy and comfortable! Oh, and did we mention she's a street cat!?

Our cat got used to this hammock straight away. I would only advise against using the hardware that comes with it and going with something more powerful. After a few months it starts to peel off the wall and I have to reattach it with metal fasteners. Nevertheless I would buy it again. He loves it very much and it looks great.

This is a really cool hammock, the material is thick and durable. I wish it was a little longer. My cat is 10 pounds and she fits in it perfectly. She does not go inside, but sits in a box, like ordinary cats. The wood is great, so it doesn't fall off despite the small space and the material of the hammock isn't slippery. Overall I find it very nice and stable that she lies down and sleeps in it. I would definitely recommend it!

Both my cat and I really like the hammock. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the groove was too loose and I had to juggle between the screws to try to get one in. It took me two tries to get it right so it wasn't the best design. But once it was firmly attached to the wall, it became visually appealing. Kittens love it, but I'm glad I could read the 6-dot warning on the mounting hardware bag: The hardware this Kit is designed to be used on concrete or brick walls, not drywall! I dare say that in most parts of America people mount this to drywall so this is a poor choice on Fukumaru's end and if you don't see the sticker and use wall anchors in the drywall fear you risk that that thing rips out of your drywall with your kitties inside.
