I was so happy when my 11 year old son said he wanted a cap for football. He's a very aggressive player and that gives me some confidence that there's some kind of defense with every header. My son said it was convenient and easy.

Bought this for my daughter who had a minor bruise as a protective measure against soccer and basketball. First of all I would like to say that it does not fit properly in any way to protect her head. Second, and probably most importantly, when discussing this with a concussion/head injury specialist, I was told that there is no scientific evidence that it helps prevent head injuries at all, other than a possible scratch I believe. Don't waste your money.
