Not made of solid wood, even though the name has the word "solid wood". Does not provide a solid surface foundation. I returned it.

I ordered this item 2x. the first time I received a queen instead of the full i ordered. I returned the queen and ordered the full again. I talked with Awhi in customer service on 7/22 and on 7/26. I did not want to return the second order as it was the correct size. I told him I was willing to pay and expected to pay for the order but he said to accept it as a gift because of so much confusion. I am very happy to pay for the full bunkie bed and hope this closes this order out for good!

We bought this because it was much cheaper than other stores and an item this size being shipped for free to your house is always more convenient that picking up from a store or paying $79 delivery. This piece of wood constantly falls below our king bedframe while we are laying in bed! It does not fit. Horrible waste of money for the price.

Just got this in the mail.This only had a frame of wood and an single x of wood crossing each one covered in fabric. There is no solid wood full cross support frame. What type of ripoff is this?!A comment by the company for this product was given that is also has heavy duty cardboard under the fabric to support it. This is not true. There is only fabric and 7 wooden slats that have somewhere near a foot of spacing.They are also deleting these reviews and getting rid of their 1 stars!

Before this foundation was added to the bed, every metal slate could be felt when lying on the bed. Once this item was placed, the problem was corrected and the mattress is comfortable. This foundation added a smooth base for the mattress. The foundation is light and easy to place on top of the slats. I picked it simply because it had wood. It arrived in a large box and all we had to do was unfold it (king size) and place on bed. I am very happy with this purchase.

I love this so much. My favorite part is that it’s so much thinner than a normal box spring. My only dislike is that it’s 2 pieces instead of attached in the middle but it works perfectly with our memory foam mattress!
