I was surprised by the durability of this product! The material is dense (soft on the inside) and the pattern is amazing. They're big, so put a ferret or lots of rats inside. I'm glad to hang them in a cage! They definitely need a big cage like DCN.

I didn't get a tunnel, I got a bag that my rats don't care about. I don't know how to contact the seller for a replacement part. Otherwise, the material and design make a good impression. They love the house and the hammock very much. The bag I received is not ideal due to the open top and they like hiding places. In general a pleasant product.

My ferrets chewed through everything else I gave them, the cozy Kaytee hammock and fleece blanket, but they didn't even chew through. They are very easy to care for, just machine washable, and while my ferrets still prefer fleece, they sometimes walk and sleep in it all day. I was concerned they would gnaw through the tunnel's straps, but so far they haven't as they had a cozy Kaytee hammock.

I bought this for my two ferrets, they love their new beds, tunnel and hammock. Good price for a 3 piece set. Very soft and durable material. They haven't stopped playing since I set up the hammock and tunnel. They have one that looks like TP, my ferret likes it and the other ferret likes the tunnel that can be turned into a large hammock or even a bag.
