I bought a Fumoto valve and found it was required for my 2019 Honda Odyssey. I bought both the long and short adapters hoping the shorter one would fit, but it didn't. I had to use a longer one which turned out to be cheaper. Uses a 22mm jack (or maybe a 24mm jack).

Screw came loose with minimal torque, less than 25 ft-lbs while screwing into my oil pan. Luckily, after a bit of flashlight fiddling, I managed to pull the strings out, but that could have been an absolute nightmare. They are surprisingly easy to work with and to fit at the next oil change. They help make the job less messy as you drain the oil straight through the hose into the bucket/container without spilling the oil. Just get the oil nice and hot then drain the oil into a container and while draining I check other things under the hood. Check the battery, air filter and other fluids.
